As the company’s owner and a certified event producer, Jeannette’s focus is helping businesses develop, manage and execute their conferences or special events, while also educating individuals on the power of nonverbal communication for company branding.
With more than 10 years of event management and planning experience, her principal disciplines include strategic program conception and design, logistic negotiation, and vendor/ stakeholder/ client collaboration and management, as well as development of emergency incident strategies. She strives to implement innovative, goal-focused conferences and special events that connect businesses with their audiences. Jeannette has a comprehensive understanding of the details required to execute strategies for developing high-quality programs, creating tactical marketing approaches and managing crucial logistics for events and conferences. While producing events, she began advising clients on how to best present themselves at their events to gain the desired results for business connections. This led to the incorporation of corporate communications etiquette services for strengthening business relations.Her philosophy is to continue to learn and to stay current on industry best practices, to put herself in the customer’s place, never waiver on high standards and integrity, and always have fun.
Jeannette is a founding member of Outsource Specialists, a leading partnership of experienced independent meeting and event professionals offering an unprecedented array of services for corporations, government agencies, associations and non-profit organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication, and trained at the accredited Conselle Institute of Image Management, with modules encompassing the socio-psychological aspects of nonverbal communication through dress, grooming, body language and etiquette.
